11·2 years agoWhile this statement is true, I would guess those very same men would look abhorrently at any atheist and declare they don’t belong in the country. Up until the 1960s it was widely held that the 1st Amendment gave you freedom OF religion, you still had to pick one.
In my experience a lot of people act 14 all the way past their teens.

5·2 years agoBut superior courts should. It will be a long and drawn out appeals process but there’s no way a reasonable judge will look at the circumstances and side with prosecution.

Personally I leave my car unlocked because the most valuable thing in there is the windows, and I don’t want someone busting them open just to find nothing and foot me the bill.
Wouldn’t this mean the evidence is gathered illegally, potentially doing more harm than good for the state prosecutors?
