Campus police, plus regular police brought in who usually charge the university. Common rates include ~100/hour for overtime, plus 100/cop/day for food, and other expenses like tiergas and cuffs.

They immolate people per vehicle sold than the ford pinto. The have absurd numbers of points of failure; until a few years ago each door handle had over a dozen sensors and wires, all exposed to moisture and thermal cycling, and cost $500 each. They use a few hall effect sensors now, but still cost >$500.
These schools spent hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars to pay cops to kick the shit out of their own students, and they got defunded anyway.

Rent control tied to bottom quintile income. Everyone should be able to afford a home. If construction companies can’t afford to build homes at that cost, look at their material and labor costs; in China they invest in education and have state-run steel and concrete companies to keep the private ones competitive. It costs them avg ~50K to make a 900 sqft 2bd house or apartment in the major cities. Much less elsewhere.

Trump isn’t referring to the invasion itself, but Russia attacking now that US decreased its support.
He’s not wrong here, was anyone expecting Russia to go “Welp, now that the US isn’t sharing intelligence with Ukraine, we better surrender”.
Then again, maybe they’ll do better now that the US isn’t telling them to use NATO tactics or lower their draft age again.
We have intelligence from Ukraine
Sure, just like our intelligence from Ukraine told us 1 Ukrainian shot down 50 Russian jets. Until the jets are actually being shot down, we can’t say that the stealth doesn’t work with any level of confidence. The fact that they’ve sunk so many resources into it suggests that at least Russia believes it can do things their 4th gen fighters can’t.
I don’t know Russian fighter jets actual performance specs, and unless you work for the Russian military, you don’t know that either.
What we can say is that Su-57s have been used in Ukraine to strike targets behind enemy lines and they haven’t been shot down by F-16s or Patriots so it looks like it does the job it was designed to do.
If you do work for the Russian military, I hear Warthunder isn’t correctly modeling your plane’s performance, you should post the Su-57 flight manual on the forums.
Europe isn’t using modern fighter jets, they’re flying fourth generation fighters while America, China, and Russia are starting to fly sixth generation jets.
But yeah it would make more sense to buy from China if you’re trying to put pressure on America. America does not see Russia as a near-peer adversary, and Europe is even less threatening.
That is why neither party would ever permit electoral reform. What next, are you going to suggest we get rid of gerrymandering? Lobbying?

Not just that, they don’t expect blind loyalty like the democrats. I have never seen a republican tell their base after the primary “Eat shit. You’re gonna vote for me anyway, otherwise you’re a democrat” and then get indignant when nobody shows up to vote for them.
