I think he means productivity will go up 240% and we’ll get 8% raises to match, but we’ll spend all of it getting nickel-and-dimed on ‘premium human concierge’ services whenever we get stuck talking in circles with support chatbots. This is the bad place. I bet in 10 years my insurance plan will no longer cover imaging being interpereted by a radiologist
For a short sale like that the creditor/mortgage company would need to approve. If you’re thinking of doing something like that or simply walking away from it you’d be best off getting in touch with someone who does estate planning, but in any case that mortgage is gonna remain stuck on that house, the house basically serving as collateral for the balance due
It has a lien attached and that’ll basically ‘stick’ to the house. You can sell the house to pay off the mortgage, or get a mortgage to buy the house and pay off that other mortgage, that kind of thing, but the creditor is gonna be one of the first people in line, in terms of receiving money from any sort of sale or transfer. The creditor has the right to forgive the debt but that almost never happens even in a scenario like this
I’m not into swords at all but I imagine it’s a lot easier to rake the edge of the blade across a surface if it’s angled away like a scimitar and more likely to just thwap something perpendicularly with a straight blade. ‘Papercut theory’ of sorts

And if that’s not for you there’s always zero effort stream of conscience rambling while avoiding any and all low-hanging fruit joke posts (those are the worst let me tell you, part or most of why reddit is absolute shite, people clamoring to say the exact same thing for meaningless internet points while everyone has absolute fucking zero suspension of disbelief because it’s basically the most beaten-to-death horse in Dead Horse Valley but somehow the sub-100 IQ crowd inevitably jerks to it and sends it to the top)

So do they think attempting to censor media outlets good or bad? Beats the hell out of me
Most games, most textures are compressed, which leads to something like Diablo 2’s remake having ridiculous load times considering it’s a simple reskin of a 20 year old game. That 30GB footprint probably gets unpacked to something twice the size, and if you’re caching literally every single thing for the sake of smoothness (flight sims rarely have loading screens when you enter another country’s airspace or a different biome), and a little bit of overhead for OS etc, gonna need heaps of RAM
But like, if you were running for president and about to speak to a crowd you’d probably low key phone half-pull and google the name and do the glance, right? Like ‘what city am I even in’ type shit, Trump is beyond dumb
