The worst part about American political system supporters is their focus on the president when the seat of power is in the legislator and it has been literally frozen for 50 years and no major legislation is getting passed. The supporters point to minor policy changes like loan forgiveness or cannabis reform but their entire political system is seized up and in the worst state it has been in since the 1860s. The last major legislation passed by the congress was in the 90s to give themselves a raise.
