You’re right, it was 2015, but as a simple layman I was aware of Russian meddling by the time this dinner happened. So if Jill and the Green party weren’t aware of how bad this would look, and how worthless an olive branch to Putin would be, then at the very least they’re too incompetent to be worth a vote. Unfortunately I did not know about this gaffe by the time of the election and even voted for Stein in that election, which I still regret.

I went in n just expecting terrible siding, then the inside of the house, then the chairs, then the lights, then more chairs, the carpet, the exposed wiring, why are there chairs there?, it just kept escalating. For me, I respect the hell out of the mods that went down swinging, and for the ones that are not willing to burn it all down or just walk away I can definitely empathize with how they might be feeling.
Personally it has been heartbreaking to completely shut out all of the communities I was a small part of, and it must be infinitely worse for the ones that have put in all the effort.

According to the article they are expecting to have gaming cards by 2025, but the company’s website describes them as being for cloud gaming and data center use. Cloud gaming is an interesting idea for people that can’t afford the upfront investment that gaming PCs require, but I am always wary of SaaS because you never truly own it.
I lost my job the day I found out about the issues with third party apps for Reddit. I found Lemmy and Mastodon searching for alternatives. So far this community is a lot more wholesome and I’m enjoying being a part of it
