when i lived with my uncle, he had this friend that owned a mediterranean restaurant and every few weeks he would give us a garbage bag full of falafels to freeze and a literal bucket of tatziki. damn i miss that.

I have been on the journey to find the best falafels in town and it’s really actually just an excuse to eat falafels.
