The weekend is over, but this past Sunday I was pretty occupied with CS2, since I just got access. Trying to get my premier rank atm, but 10 wins to get your rank is a looong time
They’re in it too deep now. It’d be weird to suddenly apologize for events that happened 80 years ago, even though they should.
I literally only use it to check if there’s a new Chainsaw Man chapter out so I open r/ChainsawMan once every two weeks, that’s about it
There’s no feed for only people you follow, the feed isn’t chronological, the UI feels like it’s wasting a lot of space… It’s not great. Twitter wins in UX, but I’d rather everyone move to Mastodon. Moving from Twitter to Meta seems like just picking the lesser evil.
I believe Japan does this too, IIRC.
It would be interesting to see if subreddits that weren’t part of the blackout increased in activity, meaning users who frequented the protest subreddits became more active in other subreddits

I’d also like to think that it wasn’t just a shift from A to B, it was more of a shift from A (Love Me Do / R&B Rock and Roll) to B (Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds / Psych Rock) to C (Abbey Road)
I know someone (in California, for added context) who works as a shopping cart collector at Target during open hours, so this isn’t the case everywhere.
