There are sports where women have reached or surpassed men’s records, for example long-distance endurance races or some accuracy-based competitions. I have a Lamb’s tail, Anredera cordifolia, growing in a fairly low-light spot in my living room. Much of the plant is edible, the flavour is reminiscent of spinach.

It is so good! You can use the jam similarly to fresh berries in many traditional desserts, such as the one we had today after dinner.
