I love the tiles view Google Keeps has. It has widgets so you can see any particular note on your phones home page open at any time. I write everything down in there that doesn’t need to be on Google calendar. When you go on it it’s just a flurry of notes you can all see at the same time, you can use timed reminders that notify you every day or whatever day you like.

Edit: I’d love to stop using the evil Google though, just saying, if anyone knows an app exactly like this without Google, hmu

If you’re eating regular chocolate i think it’s indeed just sugar cravings 😂 I feel you there. But yeah it doesn’t make a monumental difference since we do have a disorder but it helps noticeably! I think we should all be consuming it daily.

Cacao is really good for dopamine. There are studies on this. Regular dark chocolate doesn’t cut it though.

There are those types on both ends of the spectrum and it’s much more socially acceptable to be on the conservative end and be like that.

When conservatives and liberals use the term, it means that person who’s on their high horse, that thinks they have superior virtues and morals because of their far left ideals and thinks they’re better than others because of it. And the point is that they don’t have better morals and they think they do. Of course people like that exist. But the term gets thrown around at anyone who seems to have very common sense morals in my leftist opinion.

Get woke and be proud of it. Take back the power of the term. Honestly not even the left does that so I don’t expect anyone to actually do that. But isn’t it ridiculous to bully people over that? “Oohh you accept other people’s differences?? WOKE!!” Uhh thanks?

Enjoy experimenting with cooking and food prepping a lot more to find new healthy Staples you like with more vegetables, protein.and healthy fats (edited). Eat more fermented foods. Don’t buy junkfood/sweets, cook or bake healthy versions of junkfood instead. But avoid artificial sweeteners, they mess with your gut biome. Add less sugar to things. Just look for zero added sugars on packages. Bam, easy. 🙃

But I do think that falls under right wing with a sprinkle of social moderate leftism but even so, the debate of “can gays have the same rights as all of us” takes away from the ultimate leftist pov of “we should all have better material conditions as a class, including minorities”.

The comments are very interesting. I’m just an outsider looking in but isn’t today’s political climate in the US more of a result of more democratic voters having lost so much faith in the democratic party that the majority just stopped voting? Rather than more people turning Republican? After Biden their downfall became so apparent (does anyone best Biden in incompetence? The man could barely string words together) and Kamala just seemed like a reflection of that.

I have so many mixed feelings. Mostly anger though.
