Let’s start with the Elon, who released a vehicle that is the most unsafe in modern history (17x more dangerous than the Ford Pinto, and is responsible for 5 fire related deaths SO FAR), and is averaging a new recall every 2 months since production.

With such classic hits as:

Faulty gas pedals causing “unintended acceleration”

Trim that can isn’t glued on correctly and can fly off

Stainless steel that will rust

Font that is too small on warning signs

A truck that can’t go through a car wash

Front single windshield wiper can fail leading to a loss in visibility

Bed panel trim can fall off

A cast plastic body and trailer hitch leading to catastrophic towing accidents

Backup camera won’t display images correctly

Inverter failure causing a loss of power while driving

Tpms system failure

…And many more still to come!

Or is this not about crimes of “hurting Americans and hurting Teslas” and more about hurting a single billionaires sad little feelings?

TL;DR:

If you made even a single CyberTruck level fuck up at your job, you’d be fired the same day.

Your stock wouldn’t rise, you couldn’t buy your way out of jail, and you’d be completely screwed.
