I see where you come from, but splitting a tiny group of posters across different communities doesn’t seem the best approach at the moment. Also, it forces people to follow the three communities to see all the discussion happening, that’s an issue that’s regularly brought up by people criticizing Lemmy

Piefed does, not Mbin. I gave Piefed another try the other day, it’s nice but I’m too used to the Lemmy interface at this point.

If one day Piefed has Comments view like Lemmy does, I’ll probably switch.

The average comment on Reddit seems more aggressive than the one on Lemmy. Of course, depends on the community

We could maybe ask lemm.ee admins to enable automatic email verification, but then they would need to fight the unavoidable spam bots registration waves

I’ve mentioned lemmy a couple times over there and got replies like " it’s just too complicated " etc. and now that I think about it they were most likely bots 🤔
