(again, not an attack as there are no mods) So the report currently is not seen by anyone. Blocking is a game of whack-a-mole, I have been blocking several accounts a day. Next day, same spam links on new accounts. Anyone coming to the mag for the first time will see an endless wall of spam and not bother again. So it is hostile to new users.
Remember, too, that it is super easy to block an individual user on your own end.
