    You can have faith, hope and a strong belief in God and still not be religious.

    Religion is the song and dance that we perform for each other. It’s meaningless

    What matters is how you live your life and treat other people.

      Also there needs to be a distinction between organized religions with a structured hierarch and folk religions that are moreso a bunch of tennents and traditions that can be as localized and small as a single family or clan. For example damn near every American-Scots family who have been in North America long enough my own included seem to practices a type of ancestor worship usually alongside Christianity, why is that no fucking clue my best guess is that it’s due to a certain level of social isolation.
