    Until electrification, a lot of the passenger cars used by Caltrain were old Metra galley cars.

    The whole second floor was single seats. Loved it.

    Wide F40PH isn’t real… Wide F40PH can’t hurt me…

    Had a few opportunities ro ride the ex-MILW line before the Pandemic. Once the conductor had such beaming first-day enthusiasm, it was almodt infectious. Hope he’s still doing well. Another time I went all the way to Union Station and saw a pair of the elusive F40Cs in a yard.

    I like the ability to switch which way the seats face. I think you can drink alcohol on board, which is pretty sweet. The conductor called me a cubs fan because I was wearing an amtrak hoodie lol

    The bike paths were great. I can’t believe the amount of parks there are. The torture museum is a lot of fun. So many iconic movie sites. I loved my visit except for the ice cream museum and the bears vs titans game I attended. Very bad football.
