Since this was in a playlist of songs labeled “Mongolian People’s Republic” I assumed this was a song from that period, but it seems like it’s actually from the year 2000. In any case I can’t really say anything about who the artist is or what the song means. I think the title means something like “my house is bright when you’re around”…? But I have no idea.
