Someone described the combat as being like Punch Out, and somehow that really made it click for me. It’s really visceral, and it’s worth playing even if it lacks variety!
I just played through it a couple months ago. Go for it. It’s a fun game and if you have a nice computer or PS5/series x it looks amazing as well. I even played through a bit of it on steam deck. People have issues with it, but I thought it was a cool body horror action game. People also talked about there not being enough ammo early when it released but that must have been patch because on normal difficulty you start out with melee and very quickly have a gun and enough ammo to use it regularly.
Still thinking about playing that game as something attracts me in it.
Dead space is probably better but I’ve played the entire trilogy not so long ago.
