The special counsel's statement announcing the appeal reinforces that Cannon's ruling is out of step with other courts and that Smith isn't operating as a rogue.

Lets hope this will lead to a real judge to preside over the case, and not just a Trump Minion.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
