I read that Ardour has great support for the Push 2, I wonder if I should try to get one for cheap now that the Push 3 is out.
One thing I like about Ardour that was introduced in 7.4 (I think) is the ability to drag the bar count (1 2 3 4 5 6 …) to adjust the tempo. You can lock a bar to a given time (eg, bar 57 is to 3:01), and then drag the bar to create a tempo ramp (eg, put bar 61 at 3:15). It’s a quick an easy way to add tempo ramps to a performance with variable BPM.
