Which is an incredible game, and is even more fun to play now than it was in 2014!

I’m pro killing Nazis as a cathartic outlet. Wolfenstein, Sniper Elite, Battlefield V, the White House.

All great places to start relieving the stress.

Yes, the New Order was great. But for me the New Colossus was the best Nazi killing I ever experienced in a game.

The moment you finally murder the shit out of Frau Engel is burned into my memory.

Lady… That the best you got? Then your best won’t do. You’re among wolves now. And these are our woods.

    ❤️❤️❤️

I just tried new colossus yesterday, actually, and I was surprised how big of a dive the writing took compared to the first game, I had to stop when the resistance guy bursts out of bathroom during that really forced emotional scene in the sub.

I loved the first game and the old blood dlc, so was a bit of a bummer :(

That’s already hours in, and it was only getting more ridiculous. I had a looksee at Yatzhee’s old review of it, and he confirmed my feelings on it, and said it got even worse later. I may watch a let’s play of it at some point, but I just wasn’t having fun, so I’m unlikely to pick it up again, personally. Just doesn’t have the magic…

For anyone wanting to play, the “correct” order is Old Blood-> New Order-> New Colossus. Excellent games. Old blood is the first chronologically, and is a little lighter on story in favor of some extra fun elements about halfway through, and then the gameplay and story of both New Order and New Colossus are just amazing.

Watch /r/BanVideoGames steal this and claim all gamers are nazis and stuff

I recently did a playthrough again. And the sequel; The New Colossus. And now I’m playing Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.

We should take an example to these games from Machinegames and at the very least, punch Nazis.

Loved the new games, though Youngblood was the weakest. I wish Arkane would have made more of them, instead of being forced to do that live service shit Redfall.

Edit: I mixed up the studios, the new WE games were developed by Machinegames, Arkane only helped with Youngblood.

I do wish we had more of these but they were made by machinegames who just put out the new Indiana Jones game which has been favourably received. I’ve been meaning to check it out

I love the reboot franchise. So fascinating to see what the world would look like. The milkshake Nazi level is iconic. Scary and funny at the same time.

Isn’t The New Order the one where the nurse has sex with her former patient? That’s not ethical…

Yes. She spent a decade wiping his ass because he was in a vegetative state, then fucks him a couple weeks after his miraculous recovery.

A doctor should consider carefully whether they could be exploiting the trust, knowledge and dependence that developed during the doctor-patient relationship before they decide whether to pursue or engage in a relationship with a former patient.

When deciding whether a doctor used the doctor-patient relationship to engage in a sexual relationship with a former patient, the Board will consider a range of factors including:
the duration, frequency and type of care provided by the doctor; for example, if they had provided long-term emotional or psychological treatment
the degree of vulnerability of the patient
the extent of the patient’s dependence in the doctor-patient relationship
the time elapsed since the end of the professional relationship
the manner in which, and reason why, the professional relationship ended or was terminated
the context in which the sexual relationship started.

In all seriousness I 100% agree. Aside from the ethical reasons behind it, it’s just really weird to do.

Yeah, it’s weird. It is incredibly difficult to see someone who’s shown that level of vulnerability to you as an equal. For 99% of their relationship, he hasn’t really been a person. That’s not the foundation of a respectful relationship.

Those couple weeks were in fighting for their lives against Nazis. In heat of battle, anyone can form a brand new relationship sooner than that.

Common misconception. None of them want war. They want to show up, intimidate people into surrender, and fight no one. They’re dogs barking through a fence that blindly ignore the open gate.

Hence why all the mass firings were by email. Hence why Trump has twice caved to Canada and Mexico on tariffs. Hence why ICE has failed to force either Illinois or Boston to cooperate with their raids.

I understand the reasons people feel they have to be afraid, but miss that all of the fear is on the other foot.

There was a great video where someone dismantled an ultra-aggressive “we’re gonna destroy you liberals” claim video. He basically said “No, I know you’re not going to do that. Because you said it into a camera.”

Guy looks kinda like he’s wearing a jacket with a gap at the waist. That would totally not work. You can’t have a gap that lets air out. The Apollo suits were one piece designs; two piece with a hard shell locking waist ring came later.

We’re talking nowadays about compression suits that are only inflated around the head and maybe some upper body. Those would help a lot with mobility, but nothing like that has been deployed yet.
