Y’all think Riker got around, but Picard is the real ladies man on the ship. He’s just more discreet.
He did get around. He would totally get with anyone that said yes. But at the same time he wouldn’t try to get between a widow and his captain.
Honestly, I don’t think Riker ever really got over that hologram. He settled for Deanna.
