Does anyone think as things have been ramping up that trunk will be actually impeached and removed from office over this? I’m a little hopeful, but not holding my breath. Actually I’m really not hopeful at all unless some republicans break rank (we know they won’t)
I can’t see both the republican house and senate torpedoing their own guy, no matter how shit he is.

If Congress and the Supreme Court are both being flagrantly ignored, and Trump continues to violate even direct Supreme Court orders, this doesn’t end with impeachment. This ends with Congressional Republicans and Democrats, and the Supreme Court justices meeting with military leaders and having Trump removed by the military. Alternatively, the military might simply stand aside and let the mob bring justice to Trump.
There is a very real chance this ends with Trump, Musk, and all their lackeys getting the Mussolini treatment.
There is zero chance an impeachment goes anywhere. He controls the house and the senate and they have already made it clear they would rather protect trump than even themselves at this point.
At BEST we are looking at a military coup (assuming they don’t just jerk off over the idea of being able to unload on The Gays) and… those have basically never ended well for the people.
Current Republicans, no way. Nearly every Representative and Senator needs to get primaried. If you’re in a deep red state or district I think it’s better to vote in the Republican primary and ensure the incumbent is gone. Whether they’re deep MAGA or not the Republicans all seem to be falling in line with the Trump/Musk agenda.
Just remember that anything you post online WILL be intercepted and acted on, these are the guys that control the social media sites they can see EVERYTHING you post on the site.
What about encryption?
Ok, lets assume that you have a group of loyal members who all have mastered the art of encryption, you still have to assume that the enemy will use traffic analysis and figure out who you are in contact with over the internet.
The most important tool of coordinating resistance in the current western world is pen and paper, write letters, they are enshrined in far more protections than electronic communications ever have been.
Learn the use of book ciphers, and buy the books in cash, then leave alone for a few years before using them.
I think what should be taken from this is that declining to help and making a stand is actually far more effective in the form of pretending you are but doing a very bad job and misleading their efforts. You’re going to be fired either way and that crew of Hitler youth could have gone down a few more much needed rabbit holes.
