Wow, those are some awful things to have learned with religion. Makes me very glad I didn’t grow up in a religious household, but I’m so sorry for the people who learned these things.

Yep, every one of those. It’s amazing how perfectionism is a core tenant of a “grace and love above all” cult. Glad I left.

This one has so many good things. It’s crazy how deep some of that programming goes though.

I do think we are responsible for each other though, humans are social creatures.

That’s a lot to unpack for a lot of us.

I’m religious and I don’t really identify with any of those.
