      If we’re being kind, the soldier with the grenade believes the propaganda that the Ukrainians “kill and cut” wounded and PoWs and the grenade is for his own suicid.

      Or he knows what russians do to PoWs and thinks everybody is the same. No propaganda needed.

    It’s a shame the dialogue wasn’t fully translated - for example reading “They’ve been fucking for half a year.” five times in a row, when the Ukrainian Commander and POW are clearly saying something else.

    Really insightful video though.

      May be a disctraction from a more ‘serious’ offensive action somewhere else on the front to split Russian attention and resource.

      Seemed to work to a degree, I think I understood that the Russians threw a counter-attack at them (which failed) and towards the middle of the video they sent in some artillery.
